​Since 2016 Jyoti Singh leading the Organization mission for homeless people & animals, and fighting for Animal rights. For more than 9 years, RVPCO members have devoted its energy, under the leadership of  Co-Founder Gauri Singh from 2008 to 2016, with newly appointed leader Since 2016 Co-Founder, Jyoti Singh, Executive Director in 2016 and Sherry Martinez, Vice Executive Director, passionately advocating for the hungry, needy and politically under-represented members of our global family. RVPCO - Rajmata Vimala Devi Charitable organization is an organization founded by Gauri Singh, Jyoti Singh, and Kausar Hassan in August 2008.  This organization was named after Gauri Singh and Jyoti Singh's great grand mother, who was the, Queen of Patiala, married to Maharaja (King) Bhupinder Singh of Patiala, India.  She was known for going to villages and giving food, clothes, and listening to the troubles of people and helping them during her times.   The three sisters, Ketki, Gauri, and Jyoti wanted to honor her work including the work of family member in the charitable causes,  This organization was opened to help the Homeless humans and animals, Disabled, Senior Citizens, and all others needing help encompassing children, women, and for disaster relief.  The whole team advocates for all suffering focusing on the 8 pillars of wellness.   A big focus on the teaching of health schools and the Ayurvedic wholistic approach to wellness.   This group also focuses on advocating arts and culture for wellness.  This includes all participants not only the founders but all involved.  The team collaborates with many non profit organizations.

We are a group of professionals hoping to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate members of our society. Our time and efforts are 100% voluntary. Of the total funds collected per year, we bill or keep nothing for ourselves for time invested or services rendered. Our "Administrative Costs" consist only of website maintenance charges and bank fees.

Since Aug 8, 2020, Jyoti Singh is feeding Cats & Dogs on the streets of Mumbai.    Jyoti Singh is also teaching kids on the streets of Mumbai from 2019 to 2022.   We did a rain coat drive & provided T-Shirts for kids on Mumbai Streets.   RVPCO also provide food & supplies to Men's shelter in Pittsburgh, PA in 2020-2021. Current project, one monthly feeding for Women's Shelter in Raleigh, NC

Our Mission

Locally, nationally and internationally, RVPCO is a vocal advocate for the hungry and displaced and creates awareness of basic human & animal rights, daily life, social and national interest, and provide disaster relief. We travel to every corner of the globe to help children and families in need.    RVPCO advocates 8 dimensions of wellness for Seniors, Homeless, and Disabled populations.
